Swire's core businesses in Hong Kong, are held by the publicly listed, Swire Pacific Limited which is organized into five divisions : Property, Aviation, Beverages, Marine Services and Trading and Industrial.  Swire's interests in Australia focus on cold storage, refrigerated distribution services, road transportation, arable and livestock farming and shipping services.
