This week at Kalari we celebrate the official launch of the Swire Leadership Development Series – our flagship training program for aspiring and future leaders.
Announcing the new program, Damian Bassett, Head of People & Safety said, “When you join Kalari, you become part of something even bigger. “This exciting new Swire Leadership Development Series will provide the next generation of Kalari leaders with access to world-class professional and personal development programs,” he said.
The leadership program will consist of ten training modules with four tiers of award, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, as you work through the series during your employment with Kalari. Each module will range in duration from one to four days and will be a combination of on-site and off-site courses.
Managers will be able to nominate their staff with nominations opening in February 2022.
